Day Seven Salon and Spa Office
Day two of my extra days in North Carolina led me to Day 7 Salon and Spa. This location had several other trades involved. It included , Hair Stylists, Manicurists, Facialists, Massage Therapists. Day 7 is a large building but welcoming. The warm earthy colors put you at ease once you entered the door. I was greeted when I first entered and then given a health history to fill out . Soon once I finished that my therapist came over to introduce herself and led me over to the massage room. The size of the room was large and also continued on the theme of earthy warm colors. We went over the health history and questions were asked about specific areas that may be bothering me then I was directed how to disrobe and get on the massage table.
The table was warm with flannel sheets and a heat pad. Another heated pad was placed on my back to warm up and relax tension areas. On with the work—– My Therapist was friendly and I felt instantly comfortable with her. I booked a 90 minute session with her. We chatted a bit about our occupations and for the most part I enjoyed a nice strong Swedish massage.
There were times during the massage that I felt were just a routine mode and that was okay. There probably could have been more neck work done during the 90 min period of time that we had. What I would have liked to have seen would have been a better finish and completion.
Would I go again? Yes, I would. Would I recommend it to others? Absolutely Yes!
On a scale of 1-5, this is how I rate Day Seven Salon and Spa a 5!
Location- 5- It is a great location , right off of the main street of town. Very easy to see and recognize for what it is.
Building-5 Outside the building is professionally done and appealing. Very easy to see from the main road. Interior is done well, warm and earthy colors are used which appeal and comfort and definitely make you want to stay awhile.
Cost $- 5 For 90 min it was very affordable and again I would mention that I would go again.
